Is it a monthly subscription or a one off payment?
You have the option. You can either sign up for the 12 week transformation package or sign up for the monthly coaching subscription. It’s entirely up to you!
Are the programs suitable for beginners?
Yes definitely. The programs are for all experience levels so whether you’re a beginner and just getting started or you’re an experienced lifter, this will be adapted to YOUR needs.
Is this only available in America because it’s in dollars?
Payments can be accepted from anywhere in the world using Stripe. So whether you’re in the US, UK, Australia, Russia, Finland, India or anywhere else in the world, you can sign up!
Is it just for males or can females follow the programs too?
This is suitable for both males AND females so don’t worry ladies, i’ve got you.
What if I don’t like certain foods or have allergies?
When you sign up you will enter all of your likes, dislikes and allergies to ensure that you don’t receive anything in the meal plan you don’t like. As well as this there is also a meal swap function that enables you to swap out a meal from the plan for a new one if you don’t fancy it. This makes the plan super versatile and easy to follow as you literally only eat the foods and meals within the app that you actually want to eat.
