“I found the January 2020 challenge amazing. The level of focus, determination and support I felt was great- the facebook page provides a great platform for all levels to ask questions, support one another and motivate one another every week. One of the biggest struggles with the challenge was the intensity of some of the workouts (especially the legs), but following these and pushing myself I was able to see my strength increasing along with my size. One of the biggest achievements during the challenge was successfully benching 100kg for 3 reps; this is a milestone I have never hit. I started this challenge benching 70kg. This challenge helped me achieve the perfect balance of strength, size and fat loss. Moving forward I feel this challenge has taught me a number of lessons, while showing that consistency is key. “I started training around 4 years ago. As a beginner I never really knew what to train and how to train but progress was constant and motivating.
After my second year of training I notice a slowdown in my progression, I therefore decided to learn more about training methods. From looking around YouTube and Instagram content I decided to go for a Push/Pull/Leg workout with which I fell in love, in addition to this I would incorporate some strength exercises which I also really liked.
After a year of playing with PPL workouts from one influencer to another I saw myself stagnating again.

Honestly i enjoyed the leg workouts the most, i saw alot of progression on my legs and thats what i struggle with aswell. Loved my nutrition programme too, it wasn’t boring for once 😂😂😂😂 and the balancefam are awsome aswell support and love is all you need in this challenge to push through…

Is it a monthly subscription or a one off payment?
You have the option. You can either sign up for the 12 week transformation package or sign up for the monthly coaching subscription. It’s entirely up to you!
Are the programs suitable for beginners?
Yes definitely. The programs are for all experience levels so whether you’re a beginner and just getting started or you’re an experienced lifter, this will be adapted to YOUR needs.
Is this only available in America because it’s in dollars?
Payments can be accepted from anywhere in the world using Stripe. So whether you’re in the US, UK, Australia, Russia, Finland, India or anywhere else in the world, you can sign up!
Is it just for males or can females follow the programs too?
This is suitable for both males AND females so don’t worry ladies, i’ve got you.
What if I don’t like certain foods or have allergies?
When you sign up you will enter all of your likes, dislikes and allergies to ensure that you don’t receive anything in the meal plan you don’t like. As well as this there is also a meal swap function that enables you to swap out a meal from the plan for a new one if you don’t fancy it. This makes the plan super versatile and easy to follow as you literally only eat the foods and meals within the app that you actually want to eat.
